Is the planning session really free?
Yes, completely. The 30-minute Vacation Planning Session is complimentary with no obligation. It's simply a chance for us to talk about your travel goals and see if we're a good fit.
How do you charge for your services?
My fees vary depending on the complexity of your itinerary. I charge a planning fee because I want to work with and for my clients — not for the cruise lines or tour companies. That independence means my loyalty is entirely to you and the experience we design together.
What kinds of trips do you specialize in?
I specialize in cultural travel — art, history, cuisine, music, and theatre. This includes custom international itineraries, river and ocean cruises, guided tours, and performance-focused trips. I also plan Disney and domestic travel!
How far in advance should I reach out?
The earlier the better, especially for group travel, river cruises, and popular destinations. For most international trips I recommend reaching out at least 6–12 months in advance. That said, I'm always happy to discuss options regardless of your timeline.
Do you only plan trips to Europe?
Not at all! While cultural travel to Europe is a specialty, I plan trips across the globe — from Peru to Japan, and everywhere in between. If you have a destination in mind, let's talk about it.
